以“平阳特早”一年生茶苗为试材，通过水培试验，研究了30、90、150、210、270 mg/L钙处理下茶树幼苗叶绿素含量及钙、镁含量的动态变化。结果表明，经过5周水培，茶树叶片总叶绿素含量随着钙浓度的升高逐渐降低，钙浓度低于150 mg/L，叶片生长较旺盛，当钙浓度高于150 mg/L，叶片逐渐出现钙中毒现象，钙/镁增大。可见，钙过量影响了茶树幼苗对钙、镁等元素的吸收和分配，降低根系对镁离子的吸收，进而影响了茶树幼苗叶片中叶绿素组成。
이“평양특조”일년생다묘위시재，통과수배시험，연구료30、90、150、210、270 mg/L개처리하다수유묘협록소함량급개、미함량적동태변화。결과표명，경과5주수배，다수협편총협록소함량수착개농도적승고축점강저，개농도저우150 mg/L，협편생장교왕성，당개농도고우150 mg/L，협편축점출현개중독현상，개/미증대。가견，개과량영향료다수유묘대개、미등원소적흡수화분배，강저근계대미리자적흡수，진이영향료다수유묘협편중협록소조성。
The annual Pingyangtezao seedlings were bred under different calcium concentrations of 30 , 90 , 150 , 210 , 270 mg/L with hydroponic method , and the dynamic changes of chlorophyll composition ,calci-um and magnesium absorption were measured .The results showed that the total chlorophyll content in tea leav-es gradually reduced with the increase of calcium concentration .The leaves grew well when Ca 2+concentration was below 150 mg/L, but appeared calcium poisoning phenomenon when Ca 2+concentration was more than 150 mg/L after 5-week hydroponic experiment .Excessive calcium could affect the absorption and distribu-tion of calcium and magnesium in tea seedlings , and decrease the absorption of root to magnesium , so the chlorophyll composition in tea leaves was affected .
