以“平阳特早”一年生茶苗为试材,通过水培试验,研究了30、90、150、210、270 mg/L钙处理下茶树幼苗叶绿素含量及钙、镁含量的动态变化。结果表明,经过5周水培,茶树叶片总叶绿素含量随着钙浓度的升高逐渐降低,钙浓度低于150 mg/L,叶片生长较旺盛,当钙浓度高于150 mg/L,叶片逐渐出现钙中毒现象,钙/镁增大。可见,钙过量影响了茶树幼苗对钙、镁等元素的吸收和分配,降低根系对镁离子的吸收,进而影响了茶树幼苗叶片中叶绿素组成。
以“平暘特早”一年生茶苗為試材,通過水培試驗,研究瞭30、90、150、210、270 mg/L鈣處理下茶樹幼苗葉綠素含量及鈣、鎂含量的動態變化。結果錶明,經過5週水培,茶樹葉片總葉綠素含量隨著鈣濃度的升高逐漸降低,鈣濃度低于150 mg/L,葉片生長較旺盛,噹鈣濃度高于150 mg/L,葉片逐漸齣現鈣中毒現象,鈣/鎂增大。可見,鈣過量影響瞭茶樹幼苗對鈣、鎂等元素的吸收和分配,降低根繫對鎂離子的吸收,進而影響瞭茶樹幼苗葉片中葉綠素組成。
이“평양특조”일년생다묘위시재,통과수배시험,연구료30、90、150、210、270 mg/L개처리하다수유묘협록소함량급개、미함량적동태변화。결과표명,경과5주수배,다수협편총협록소함량수착개농도적승고축점강저,개농도저우150 mg/L,협편생장교왕성,당개농도고우150 mg/L,협편축점출현개중독현상,개/미증대。가견,개과량영향료다수유묘대개、미등원소적흡수화분배,강저근계대미리자적흡수,진이영향료다수유묘협편중협록소조성。
The annual Pingyangtezao seedlings were bred under different calcium concentrations of 30 , 90 , 150 , 210 , 270 mg/L with hydroponic method , and the dynamic changes of chlorophyll composition ,calci-um and magnesium absorption were measured .The results showed that the total chlorophyll content in tea leav-es gradually reduced with the increase of calcium concentration .The leaves grew well when Ca 2+concentration was below 150 mg/L, but appeared calcium poisoning phenomenon when Ca 2+concentration was more than 150 mg/L after 5-week hydroponic experiment .Excessive calcium could affect the absorption and distribu-tion of calcium and magnesium in tea seedlings , and decrease the absorption of root to magnesium , so the chlorophyll composition in tea leaves was affected .
