厚煤层一次采全高是煤炭企业实现高产高回收率的重要技术之一,其中工作面参数和设备配套的合理性对工作面效率提高起决定性作用。建立力学模型,分析了合理工作面长度的确定方法;根据王庄煤矿8101工作面地质条件,建立数值计算模型,分析了不同长度工作面矿压显现规律,确定工作面长度为270 m。优化设计了一次采全高采煤工艺,制定了提高煤质和回收率的措施;进行了工作面设备选型配套。该研究对类似条件下厚煤层一次采全高工作面设计具有重要的参考价值。

Mining full height thick coal seam is one of the important technology of high yield and high recovery rate of coal enterprises, the rationality of the working face efficiency parameters of working face and the equipment plays a decisive role on the increase. The me-chanics model is established,the analysis method to determine the reasonable face length;according to the geological conditions of 8101 working face in Wangzhuang Coal Mine,the establishment of numerical calculation model,analysis of the different length of surface stra-ta pressure behavior law,determine the working face length is 270 m. Optimization design of a mining full height mining,developed to improve the quality and recovery measures;the working surface equipment selection and matching. The research on similar conditions of thick coal seam has an important reference value for a fully mechanized working face design.
