目的：理念在提升高血压脑出血患者围术期综合护理质量中的效果。方法选取于本院进行手术治疗的64例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（常规围术期护理干预组）32例和观察组（优质护理理念组）32例，统计比较2组患者接受的护理各方面质量评分及并发症发生率、家属满意率。结果观察组患者接受的各方面护理质量的优良率均高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，家属满意率则均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论优质护理理念在提升高血压脑出血患者围术期综合护理质量中效果较好，更受患者家属欢迎。

Objective Ti investigate the effect if high quality nursing philisiphy in im-priving the cimprehensive nursing quality if hypertentiin patients with cerebral hemirrhage dur-ing the periiperative periid.Methods 64 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemirrhage were randimly divided inti cintril griup(riutine nursing if periiperative periid griup)and ibservatiin griup(high quality nursing philisiphy griup)with 32 patients in each griup.Scire if nursing quality,the iccurrence if cimplicatiins and family satisfactiin if twi griups were analyzed and cimpared.Results The nursing quality in the ibservatiin griup was higher than that in the cin-tril griup,iccurrence if cimplicatiins was liwer than that in the cintril griup,family satisfactiin rates were higher than that in the cintril griup.Therefire,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P <0.05).Conclusion The quality nursing philisiphy has achieved better effect in im-priving the cimprehensive nursing quality if patients with hypertensive cerebral hemirrhage dur-ing the periiperative periid,and it is favired aming family numbers.
