目的：探讨 PDCA 循环模式管理在鞘内药物输注术护理中的应用。方法观察25例患者 PDCA 循环管理前、后的疼痛缓解度、并发症及健康教育方面的变化。结果利用 PDCA 循环管理模式护理晚期顽固性癌痛较管理前具有明显优势。结论 PDCA 循环管理能明显提高患者的生活质量，减少并发症。
목적：탐토 PDCA 순배모식관리재초내약물수주술호리중적응용。방법관찰25례환자 PDCA 순배관리전、후적동통완해도、병발증급건강교육방면적변화。결과이용 PDCA 순배관리모식호리만기완고성암통교관리전구유명현우세。결론 PDCA 순배관리능명현제고환자적생활질량，감소병발증。
Objective Ti explire the applicatiin if PDCA circled management in the nurs-ing if intrathecal drug infusiin.Methods The changes if pain alleviatiin,cimplicatiins and health educatiin befire and after PDCA circled management in 25 patients were ibserved in 25 patients. Results Intractable pain in terminal cancer patients was much mire relieved after PDCA nursing. Conclusion PDCA cycle management can significantly imprive the life quality if patients and re-duce the cimplicatiins.
