目的:探讨白血病的染色体核型异常及其与临床的关系。方法采用24 h 短期培养法制备骨髓细胞染色体,以 R 显带技术进行染色体核型分析。结果约81.48%的白血病患者存在克隆性染色体异常,部分白血病染色体特异性改变与 WHO 分型及临床治疗密切相关。结论染色体核型分析是白血病诊断的重要依据,也是预后判断和随访监测的一项重要指标。

목적:탐토백혈병적염색체핵형이상급기여림상적관계。방법채용24 h 단기배양법제비골수세포염색체,이 R 현대기술진행염색체핵형분석。결과약81.48%적백혈병환자존재극륭성염색체이상,부분백혈병염색체특이성개변여 WHO 분형급림상치료밀절상관。결론염색체핵형분석시백혈병진단적중요의거,야시예후판단화수방감측적일항중요지표。
Objective To investigate the abnormal chromosome karyotype in patients with leukemia,and its relationship with clinical characteristics. Methods Bone marrow chromosome was fabricated by 24-hour short-cultivation,and chromosome kary-otyping was analyzed by R-banding technology. Results There were about 81. 48% of the leukemia patients with cloning abnor-mal chromosome. Parts of the special chromosome changes in patients with leukemia were closely related to WHO taping and clin-ical treatment. Conclusion Chromosome karyotyping is an important diagnose basis of leukemia,and is also an important index for prognosis judgment and the follow-up monitoring.
