目的：探讨肾错构瘤自发性破裂出血的临床诊断及治疗方法。方法6例肾错构瘤自发性破裂出血患者中3例患者无明显诱因下突发腰痛起病，3例患者体力劳动时出现剧烈腰痛伴头晕就诊。6例患者入院时均出现不同程度的面色苍白、血压下降、心率增快等失血性休克症状。6例患者均积极行彩超和肾脏 CT 检查，证实为肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤破裂出血，及时行抗休克等治疗并结合实际情况，配合及时有效的手术治疗。结果6例均痊愈出院，无手术并发症。术后病理证实为肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤。结论彩超和 CT 是确诊肾错构瘤的有效而简便的方法，术前积极抗休克治疗结合及时的外科手术仍为肾错构瘤自发破裂的主要治疗方法。

Objective To study the clinical diagnosis and treatment of renal angiomyolipoma with spontaneous rupture. Methods Three patients with no obvious cause of sudden onset of the lumbago,3 patients had severe low back pain with dizzi-ness when physical labor. Six patients admitted to hospital with varying degrees of pale,dropped blood pressure,increased heart rate and uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock symptoms. Six patients were given color Doppler ultrasound and kidney CT examination, and were confirmed with renal angiomyolipomas rupture hemorrhage. They were given anti-shock treatment timely and effective surgical treatment according to the specific condition. Results Six cases recovered and discharged,didn’t with no surgical com-plication. Renal angiomyolipomas was confirmed by postoperative pathology. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound and CT is an effective and simple method for diagnosis of renal angiomyolipoma,preoperative actively anti-shock treatment combined with sur-gical operation is still the main method for the treatment of renal angiomyolipoma with spontaneous rupture.
