本文设计和合成了4个新的6-烷氧基-7-甲基-4-羟基-3-喹啉羧酸乙酯类化合物,新化合物的结构经1H NMR,IR,HR-MS所证实。依据ACI方法(抗球虫指数)对其进行了抗球虫活性试验,结果表明:化合物5a、5d在27mg·kg-1时对于柔嫩艾美耳球虫具有一定的抗球虫活性。

Four new compounds,6-alkoxyl-4-hydroxy-7-methyl-3-quinoline-carboxylates,were synthesized. Their structures were i-dentified by 1 HNMR,HR-MS,and IR spectra. The anticoccidial activity of new compounds were tested according to the ACI( the an-ticoccidial index)method. The results showed that compounds 5a and 5d exhibited good anticoccidial activity against Eimeria tenella in the chicken diet with a dose of 27 mg·Kg-1 .
