Studies on consumer protection in the financial product markets have increasingly got attention by the financial industry and academia . Under such backgrounds , this article builds theoretical models on behavior choices of financial product designers and sales intermediaries , and on system settings of financial consumer protec-tion.Through the model-solving, importance and necessity of financial consumer protection system settings is to reflect.This article also analyzes the best behavior choices of financial product designers and sales intermediaries under the system constraints , and deduces the best system settings of financial consumer protection under the maxi -mization of the markets’ overall benefit level.
