工业园区与城镇化互动发展的重要作用日益受到学界的关注。从理论上分析了工业园区与城镇化互动发展的耦合机制；并以山西为例，通过相关模型进行了实证检验；最后剖析了山西工业园区与城镇化互动发展中存在的问题，并结合山西经济社会发展实践，提出了促进工业园区与城镇化互动发展的可行路径。

The important role of the interactive development of industrial park and urbanization has been the concern of scholars.This paper theoretically analyzes the coupling mechanism of the interactive development of in -dustrial park and the urbanization .Taking Shanxi province as an example , the paper makes some empirical test through the relevant model.Finally, the problems existed in the process of the development of Shanxi industrial park and the urbanization has been dissected .Combined with the development of economic society of Shanxi , the author puts forward a feasible path to promote the mutual development of urbanization and industrial park .
