以水栀子果实为原料、水为提取溶剂,采用大孔树脂吸附分离技术富集纯化栀子黄色素。结果表明,选取HPD100A 大孔树脂作为吸附剂,将3级提取液过滤除渣后分别以10 BV·h-1、30 BV·h-1、60 BV·h-1(BV 表示柱体积)的速率通过树脂柱,树脂吸附饱和后,先用水洗,然后用70%乙醇以0.5 BV·h-1洗脱收集,浓缩干燥后得纯化的栀子黄色素,其色价达384.3±4.3、OD 比值为0.34±0.004。对栀子黄色素的稳定性进行考察发现:使用时,溶液应控制pH 值4~10,现配现用;储存时,宜避光、低温。

The study focused on the enrichment and purification of gardenia yellow pigment from the fruit of Gardenia jasminoides var.radicans Makino by macroporous resin.The results showed that the HPD100A macroporous resin was chosen to purify gardenia yellow pigment because of its high efficiency of adsorption and desorption as well as its high selectivity,and the three kinds of crude extraction solution passed the resin at the flow rate of 10 BV·h-1 ,30 BV·h-1 ,60 BV·h-1 (BV represents column volume)after filtration,respectively. The resin column was washed with water firstly,and then desorbed with ethanol with volume fraction of 70% at the speed of 0.5 BV·h-1 .The pigment solution was collected,concentrated and dried ,then the product was obtained with the colority of 384.3±4.3 and the OD ratio of 0.35±0.004.The study on the stability of garde-nia yellow pigment showed that:the pH value of gardenia yellow pigment solution should be controlled between 4 and 10,and the solution should be used as soon as possible,while a dark and cool place should be provided to the product when stored.
