为了研究蓝刺头水提物对糖尿病小鼠胰腺组织的影响,经尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病小鼠模型,将小鼠随机分为正常对照组,正常对照治疗组,模型组,蓝刺头水提物高、中、低剂量组,连续给药21 d 后,取胰腺做病理组织学检查,同时采用免疫组化法检测胰腺 Bax、Bcl-2蛋白表达水平。胰腺病理学显示,蓝刺头水提物高、中剂量对糖尿病小鼠的胰腺损伤有一定修复作用。糖尿病组小鼠 Bax、Bcl-2蛋白表达与正常组比较差异显著(P<0.05或 P<0.01);蓝刺头水提物高、中剂量组与模型组比较 Bax、Bcl-2蛋白表达均差异显著(P<0.05或 P<0.01),其中蓝刺头水提物高剂量组要优于蓝刺头水提物中剂量组(P<0.01)。蓝刺头水提物高、中剂量组对小鼠糖尿病的治疗作用可能与其修复糖尿病小鼠胰腺和抑制胰岛细胞凋亡有关。

In order to study the effects of Echinops latifolius extract on the pancreas tissues of diabetic mice,the di-abetes models were established by intravenous injection of alloxan in mice.The mice were divided into normal con-trol group,normal treatment group,model group and Echinops latifolius extract high,medium and low dosage groups.After continuous 21 d administration,the pancreas tissues were collected to do the histopathological exami-nation,and the expressions of Bax and Bcl-2 were tested with immunohistochemical method.Pancreatic histopa-thology showed that Echinops latifolius extract high,medium dosages had a role in repairing pancreas injury in di-abetic mice.The expressions of Bax and Bcl-2 in diabetic mice were significantly different from those of the normal control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The expressions of Bax and Bcl-2 in the mice of Echinops latifolius extract high,medium dosage groups were all significantly improved compared with the model group (P < 0.05 or P <0.01).The effect of high dosage group was better than that of medium dosage group(P<0.01).Echinops latifoli-us extract high,medium dosages may have the effect in treating diabetes in mice,which may relate to reparing the pancreas injury and inhibiting apoptasis of istet cells.
