为了解实验性鸭各组织中镉含量随日龄推移的变化规律,本试验通过人工拌料(含 CdCl260 mg/kg)饲养鸭群,建立慢性镉中毒模型,并于第26、52、78天随机选取3只进行宰杀,采集法氏囊、胸腺、肝脏、肾脏、骨骼和腿肌,参照《食品中镉的测定》(GB/T5009.15-2003),用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定组织中镉(Cd)的含量。结果表明,肝脏和肾脏为最主要的镉富集器官,根据《食品污染物限量》(GB/2762-2012),肝脏和肌肉均超标,肾脏未超标,除骨骼外各组织器官中镉含量均随日龄的增加呈上升趋势。说明Cd 在鸭体内各组织器官的富集基本上随日龄的推移而增加。

To investigate the cadmium content change rule in tissues of experimental ducks of different ages, the test established a chronic cadmium poisoning model through artificial feeding ducks with feed containg CdCl2 60 mg/kg.3 ducks were slaughtered on 26 d,52 d,78 d,respectively,and the bursa,thymus,liver, kidneys,bones,and muscle were collected to determinate the cadmium (Cd)content with GF-AAS.The results showed that liver and kidney are the major enrichment organs of Cd,the Cd contents in liver and muscle are over standard,the Cd content in the kidney is not over standard,according to the contamination limitation of food.In addition to the bone,Cd contents are increasing with the age.The enrichment of Cd is basically increasing with age in duck tissues and organs.
