随着新疆电网的总发电装机容量及电网网架结构的发展,人工有功控制模式已无法满足电网发展需求。对比分析了人工有功控制模式、AGC自动有功控制模式、实时滚动计划智能有功控制模式的优缺点,结合新疆电网的实际运行情况,通过修改调整AGC系统以及实时滚动计划系统参数,提高两系统在新疆电网的实用性。实际应用表明,有功控制模式的转变提高了新疆电网有功调节性能,降低了电网运行风险,增强了运行人员对电网的运营管控能力。
隨著新疆電網的總髮電裝機容量及電網網架結構的髮展,人工有功控製模式已無法滿足電網髮展需求。對比分析瞭人工有功控製模式、AGC自動有功控製模式、實時滾動計劃智能有功控製模式的優缺點,結閤新疆電網的實際運行情況,通過脩改調整AGC繫統以及實時滾動計劃繫統參數,提高兩繫統在新疆電網的實用性。實際應用錶明,有功控製模式的轉變提高瞭新疆電網有功調節性能,降低瞭電網運行風險,增彊瞭運行人員對電網的運營管控能力。

Following the development of Xinjiang total power generation installed capacity and power grid space truss structure, the ar-tiifcial active control mode had no way to meet the demand of power grid development. Comparison analysis was made on advantages and disadvantages of artiifcial active control mode, AGC automatic active control mode and intelligent active control mode of real-time rolling planning. Combined with actual operation situations of Xinjiang Power grid, two system’s actual using ability was raised in Xinjiang power grid via amending and adjusting AGC system and system parameters of real-time rolling planning. Actual application shows that the change of active control mode has raised Xinjiang power grid active regulation performance, reduced power grid operation risk and strengthened op-eration management ability of operation personal for power grid.
