目的:观察利拉鲁肽对单纯肥胖鼠和肥胖2型糖尿病鼠体重、血糖、血清胰岛素、IR的影响以及差异。方法:将C57BL/6J鼠和db/db鼠随机分为C57干预组、C57未干预组、空白组和db干预组及db未干预组。对两C57组给予高脂饲料喂养建立单纯肥胖模型。建模后对两干组进行利拉鲁肽干预12周,每周测定各组体重、血糖,干预结束后检测各组血清胰岛素,计算HOMA-IR。结果:干预后两干预组体重下降,db干预组血糖降低。C57干预组胰岛素水平升高而db干预组降低,但两干预组HOMA-IR均下降。结论:利拉鲁肽在降低肥胖糖尿病鼠的血糖的同时可改善单纯肥胖鼠和肥胖糖尿病鼠的肥胖及IR,但对两小鼠的作用和机制不完全相同。

목적:관찰리랍로태대단순비반서화비반2형당뇨병서체중、혈당、혈청이도소、IR적영향이급차이。방법:장C57BL/6J서화db/db서수궤분위C57간예조、C57미간예조、공백조화db간예조급db미간예조。대량C57조급여고지사료위양건립단순비반모형。건모후대량간조진행리랍로태간예12주,매주측정각조체중、혈당,간예결속후검측각조혈청이도소,계산HOMA-IR。결과:간예후량간예조체중하강,db간예조혈당강저。C57간예조이도소수평승고이db간예조강저,단량간예조HOMA-IR균하강。결론:리랍로태재강저비반당뇨병서적혈당적동시가개선단순비반서화비반당뇨병서적비반급IR,단대량소서적작용화궤제불완전상동。
Objective:Observe the influences and differences in weight,blood glucose,serum insulin and insulin resistance of obesity rats and fat type 2 diabetes rats.Methods:C57BL/6J rats were randomly divided into 3 groups(C57 treated group,C57 untreated group,NC group) while db/db rats randomly divided into 2 groups(db treated group, db untreated group).Two C57 groups were fed with high-fat diet for building obesity model.After obesity model was built,2 treated rats were subcutaneously injected of liraglutide.Weight and blood glucose were measured every week.After 12 weeks’treatment,serum insulin of all rats were measured then HOMA-IR was calculated.Recults:1.Wight of 2 treated groups decreased while Blood glucose of db treated group decreased.Serum insulin of C57 treated decreased but that of db treated group risen.HOMA-IR of 2 treated groups decreased.Conclusion:Liraglutide could decrease blood glucose of fat diabetes rats while it could improve obesity and insulin resistance of both obesity rats and fat diabetes rats.But the effection and mechanism were not the same.
