在全面系统分析4P医学与健康管理内涵一致性的基础上,阐述了4P医学为健康管理和医院发展带来的新机遇。结合当前医院健康管理发展现状及问题,结合西南医院近年开展的“大健康观”管理实践,系统设计了4P医学理念下医院健康服务体系并进行探索实践,提出树立大健康观、打造4P医学实体诊疗平台、构建学科健康管理综合服务体、开展全过程优质健康服务、实现区域健康管理联动等创新举措,力求实现健康管理的4个转变,即由理念到医院发展战略和学科实体的转变,由院级平台向学科综合体的转变,由健康管理片段式的服务向全过程全方位的健康管理系统转变,由无序的市场竞争向区域统筹的高效模式转变,以求为政府和医院加强健康管理提供参考。

With full and systematic analysis the coherence of 4p medicine and healthcare management, new opportunities bring from 4p medicine for healthcare management and hospital development are discussed. Combined with the status quo and problems of healthcare management in hospital and the practice of macro healthcare management in Southwest Hospital, new healthcare system includes establishing macro healthcare conception, creating 4p medicine treatment platform, constructing integrated discipline healthcare management system and carrying out full qualified healthcare under 4p medicine conception has been designed and implemented to achieve 4 transformations on healthcare management to give reference for government and hospital to improve healthcare management. The 4 transformations can be described as transferring from conception to hospital development strategy and discipline construction, transferring from hospital level platform to integrated discipline system, transferring from episode healthcare management to full and systematic healthcare management and transferring from unordered market competition to regional coordinated mode.
