目的:了解精神科医师参加继续医学教育主要动机,确定相关需求,为发展提供改进策略。方法:对上海市、区两级共20家精神专科医院的500名精神科医师进行匿名问卷调查,相关数据进行卡方检验等分析。结果:被调查者中42.82%认为现行政策“好或较好”,85.21%近3年参加过继续医学教育,满意度较高的主要集中在“教师授课态度”(64.50%)、“培训目的的明确性”(64.11%)、“授课内容”(59.62%);亟待解决的问题依次为“培训时间与正常临床工作相冲突”(55.63%)、“教学形式不够灵活多样”(54.30%)。相关性分析发现,高等级医院、工作年限长、职称高的医师倾向于更了解医学继续教育政策(P<0.01)。结论:上海市精神科医师对继续医学教育较为重视,大多能积极参与,处于基本满意状态,但继续医学教育在培训内容和形式上有待完善。建议加强政策引导与机构的支持力度,完善管理和评价机制。

Objective: To understand main motives of the psychiatrists participating in the continuing medical education, find out the related needs to bring up the corresponding strategies for developing the education. Methods:The research took 500 first-line doctors from 20 psychiatric hospitals as survey examples and all participants were asked to complete an anonymous questionnaire. The main statistical analysis techniques I used include Chi Square Test and so on. Results:42.82%of the subjects think that the present continuing education policy is“excellent or good”, meanwhile 85.21%of the total amount have participated the continuing medical education during the recent three years. Most of the subjects are satisfied with the present continuing medical education mainly on the three aspects:teachers’ attitudes (64.50%), clear purpose of training(64.11%), training content(59.62%). In the research, 55.63%of the subjects chose“there is time conflict existing between training and clinical work”, 54.30%of the subjects chose“the teaching styles are inflexible”. By correlation analysis, the urgent needs of the psychiatrists in Shanghai are to improve their practical ability and update their knowledge, meanwhile it shows that the subjects from high level hospitals or with higher titles participate in the education less(P P<0.01). Conclusion:The psychiatrist in Shanghai attaches importance to the continuing medical education and most can actively participate in, with basic satisfaction. We suggest to strength policy guidance and improve and perfect evaluation on continuing medical education, and establish an operational, practical psychiatric continuing medical education assessment and management system.
