对冷轧废水处理站药剂成本进行了分析,采用成本较低的盐酸、絮凝剂破乳工艺代替了硝酸酸化破乳工艺,进行了正交实验,借助minitab软件对实验数据进行了分析,找出最佳控制工艺。

The cost of chemical agent at the cold rolling wastewater treatment station was analyzed. The low cost flocculant demulsification process with hydrochloric acid was adopted to replace nitric acid acidification demulsification, orthogonal experiment was carried out and the experiment data was analyzed with the help of Minitab software, to find out the best control process.
