任务可靠性预计一般采用综合各组成组件的任务可靠性来预计,但目前在研的某系统各组件不可分,故各组件的任务可靠度无法单独评价和预计,为解决此问题,提出一种新的基于相似产品信息的任务可靠性预计方法。通过对该系统正样机和初样机相似性比较,将两个产品之间的继承因子量化,在初样机任务可靠性评估的基础上实现对某系统正样机任务可靠性的预计。实际应用结果表明:实际的任务可靠度与预计值基本一致,证明该预计方法是可行的,满足系统的可靠性指标要求。

Mission reliability prediction is made generally by applying mission reliability of components of system. And if components of system could not been divided, the mission reliability of components could not been estimated. To solve the problems, a new method of mission reliability prediction with similarity of products is put forward. By comparing similarity of formal prototype and primary prototype of system, inherited factors of both products can be quantized. Then mission reliability of formal prototype can be estimated based on that of primary prototype. By applying the method into real system, it is shown that the method is feasible and satisfied with requirements of system reliability index.
