加强高校教学团队建设，推动教学改革，提升教学质量，实现培养人才服务社会的目标已成为高校教育工作者的共识。把思想政治建设放在首位，是高校思想政治理论课教学团队区别于其它任何团队的标志，也是团队安身立命的根本。明确团队目标，实行科学化管理；教学科研并重，两者相得益彰是思想政治理论课教学团队建设的基本路径。
加彊高校教學糰隊建設，推動教學改革，提升教學質量，實現培養人纔服務社會的目標已成為高校教育工作者的共識。把思想政治建設放在首位，是高校思想政治理論課教學糰隊區彆于其它任何糰隊的標誌，也是糰隊安身立命的根本。明確糰隊目標，實行科學化管理；教學科研併重，兩者相得益彰是思想政治理論課教學糰隊建設的基本路徑。
가강고교교학단대건설，추동교학개혁，제승교학질량，실현배양인재복무사회적목표이성위고교교육공작자적공식。파사상정치건설방재수위，시고교사상정치이론과교학단대구별우기타임하단대적표지，야시단대안신립명적근본。명학단대목표，실행과학화관리；교학과연병중，량자상득익창시사상정치이론과교학단대건설적기본로경。
The paper insists that the construction of ideological and political work should be in the first place in the universities .And the construction of the teaching team of ideological and political theory course is the key factor distinguished from any other team.The fundamental tasks for colleges are to set up a clear team goal .The combination of teaching with the scientific research is the basic path to carry out the construction of the political theory course teaching team .
