目的：深入探讨双钢板治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法系统分析采用双钢板治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的病例，在软骨面下松质骨缺损处植骨，将 T 型支撑接骨板预弯塑形后放置胫骨内侧髁部，外侧使用小的抗滑动钢板固定，术后主动进行膝关节功能锻炼。结果所有病例均获临床愈合，未出现膝内、外翻畸形，钢板、螺钉断裂，深部感染及内外固定失败的情形，优良率达84．2％。结论从临床角度看，双钢板可以有效治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折。
목적：심입탐토쌍강판치료경골평태분쇄성골절적림상효과。방법계통분석채용쌍강판치료경골평태분쇄성골절적병례，재연골면하송질골결손처식골，장 T 형지탱접골판예만소형후방치경골내측과부，외측사용소적항활동강판고정，술후주동진행슬관절공능단련。결과소유병례균획림상유합，미출현슬내、외번기형，강판、라정단렬，심부감염급내외고정실패적정형，우량솔체84．2％。결론종림상각도간，쌍강판가이유효치료경골평태분쇄성골절。
Objective To explore clinical effect of double plates in the treatment of com-minuted fracture of tibial plateau.Methods Patients with double plates in the treatment of com-minuted fracture of tibial plateau were systematically analyzed.Bone grafting was applied to the area of cancellous bone defect under cartilage surface.The T-shaped supported plate was placed in medial tibial condyle after pre-bending and the lateral was fixed by the small anti-slip plate.And functional exercise of knees after operation was taken.Results All patients were healed and there were no knee valgus deformity,break of plate and screw,deep infection,internal and external fix-ation failures after the operation.The excellence rate reached to 84.2%.Conclusion From the clinical perspective,double plates could effectively treat comminuted fracture of tibial plateau.
