目的：分析癌胚抗原（CEA）水平联合 miR-17-3p 在结肠癌诊断中的意义。方法收集2011年1月-2013年1月在本院接受住院治疗的结肠癌患者80例（观察组）的临床资料，另选取70例健康体检者作为对照组，分析2组炎症指标、肿瘤标记物的差异，并分别对 CEA 水平、miR-17-3p、CEA 联合 miR-17-3p 对结肠癌的诊断意义行 ROC 曲线分析。结果2组的C-反应蛋白（CRP）、血沉（ESR）和血清白介素6（IL-6）水平比较差异均无统计学意义（P 均＞0．05）；观察组的 CEA、CA19-9、CA125和 miR-17-3p 相对表达量均显著高于对照组（P 均＜0．01）；ROC 曲线分析。结果提示：CEA 联合 miR-17-3p 对结肠癌的诊断敏感性为91．21％，特异性为91．35％，曲线下面积0．949，优于 CEA 或 miR-17-3p 单独对结肠癌的诊断意义。结论CEA 联合 miR-17-3p 对结肠癌的诊断敏感性和特异性均优于 CEA 或 miR-17-3p 单独的诊断意义。

목적：분석암배항원（CEA）수평연합 miR-17-3p 재결장암진단중적의의。방법수집2011년1월-2013년1월재본원접수주원치료적결장암환자80례（관찰조）적림상자료，령선취70례건강체검자작위대조조，분석2조염증지표、종류표기물적차이，병분별대 CEA 수평、miR-17-3p、CEA 연합 miR-17-3p 대결장암적진단의의행 ROC 곡선분석。결과2조적C-반응단백（CRP）、혈침（ESR）화혈청백개소6（IL-6）수평비교차이균무통계학의의（P 균＞0．05）；관찰조적 CEA、CA19-9、CA125화 miR-17-3p 상대표체량균현저고우대조조（P 균＜0．01）；ROC 곡선분석。결과제시：CEA 연합 miR-17-3p 대결장암적진단민감성위91．21％，특이성위91．35％，곡선하면적0．949，우우 CEA 혹 miR-17-3p 단독대결장암적진단의의。결론CEA 연합 miR-17-3p 대결장암적진단민감성화특이성균우우 CEA 혹 miR-17-3p 단독적진단의의。
Objective To explore the significance of CEA and miR-17-3p in the diagnosis of colon carcinoma.Methods 80 patients with colon carcinoma were designed as observation group, and 70 people with healthy examination were designed as control group.Inflammatory indicators and tumor markers were compared between two groups.Results There were no significant differences of CRP,ESR and IL-6 levels between two groups.Levels of CEA,CA19-9,CA125 and miR-17-3p in observation group were significantly higher than the control group.Sensibility,specificity and ROC of CEA combined with miR-17-3p in diagnosis of colorectal cancer were 91.21%,91.35% and 0.949 respectively,which were significantly better than simple application of CEA or miR-17-3p.Conclu-sion Sensibility and specificity of CEA combined with miR-17-3p in diagnosis of colorectal cancer were better than simple application of CEA or miR-17-3p.
