目的:分析氩激光光凝联合补阳还五汤治疗裂孔性视网膜浅脱离的疗效。方法58例(共58眼)裂孔性视网膜脱离患者,采取氩激光光凝后辅以补阳还五汤治疗,观察疗效。结果进行3~24个月,平均15.23个月的随访。19眼视网膜脱离范围≤1/2 PD,1次光凝治疗后痊愈;32眼视网膜脱离范围>1/2 PD,但≤1 PD,其中19眼经3次光凝治疗后痊愈,13眼经2次光凝治疗后痊愈;7眼视网膜脱离范围>1 PD,3眼无效,4眼经3次光凝治疗后痊愈。结论采取氩激光光凝治疗裂孔性视网膜浅脱离,安全有效,辅以补阳还五汤,有助于视网膜下液体吸收。

목적:분석아격광광응연합보양환오탕치료렬공성시망막천탈리적료효。방법58례(공58안)렬공성시망막탈리환자,채취아격광광응후보이보양환오탕치료,관찰료효。결과진행3~24개월,평균15.23개월적수방。19안시망막탈리범위≤1/2 PD,1차광응치료후전유;32안시망막탈리범위>1/2 PD,단≤1 PD,기중19안경3차광응치료후전유,13안경2차광응치료후전유;7안시망막탈리범위>1 PD,3안무효,4안경3차광응치료후전유。결론채취아격광광응치료렬공성시망막천탈리,안전유효,보이보양환오탕,유조우시망막하액체흡수。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of argon laser photocoagulation combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of retinal shallow detachment.Methods A total of 58 cases (58 eyes) of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were treated by argon laser photocoagulation combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction, and the curative effects were observed.Results The follow-up was lasted from 3 to 24 months, with the average time of 15.23 months. There were 19 eyes with retinal detachment range ≤1/2 PD, which were cured by one-time laser photocoagulation. There were 32 eyes with 1/2 PD<retinal detachment range≤1 PD, among them, 19 eyes cured after 3 times of laser photocoagulation and 13 eyes cured after 2 times of surgery. There were 7 eyes with retinal detachment range>1 PD, and there were 3 ineffective eyes and 4 cured eyes after 3 times of laser photocoagulation.Conclusion Argon laser photocoagulation combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction in treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal shallow detachment is safe and effective, and it can promote liquid absorption under retina.
