Cerebral apoplexy%Subtype%In-hospital mortality
目的：探讨吉林市不同亚型脑卒中住院病死率的差异。方法以吉林市17733例住院缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象，收集人口统计学、出院结局等临床特征资料，进行统计分析。结果脑出血、脑梗死和短暂性脑缺血发作总的住院病死率分别是7.77%、1.33%、0.47%。结论脑出血在所有脑卒中亚型中的住院病死率最高，其次是脑梗死，短暂性脑缺血发作最低。

목적：탐토길림시불동아형뇌졸중주원병사솔적차이。방법이길림시17733례주원결혈성뇌졸중환자위연구대상，수집인구통계학、출원결국등림상특정자료，진행통계분석。결과뇌출혈、뇌경사화단잠성뇌결혈발작총적주원병사솔분별시7.77%、1.33%、0.47%。결론뇌출혈재소유뇌졸중아형중적주원병사솔최고，기차시뇌경사，단잠성뇌결혈발작최저。
Objective To investigate differences of in-hospital mortality among patients with different subtypes of cerebral apoplexy in Jilin city.Methods A total of 17,733 cerebral apoplexy patients were included in the present study. Data on demographic characteristics and clinical outcome at discharge were collected from all participants. The in-hospital mortalities among cerebral apoplexy of different subtypes were analyzed.Results The in-hospital mortality of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and transient ischemic attack were 7.77%, 1.33%, and 0.47%.Conclusion The risk of death during hospitalization was highest in cerebral hemorrhage, following cerebral infarction, among all subtypes of cerebral apoplexy, and transient ischemic attack contains the lowest risk.
