目的:探讨肝细胞癌患者检测基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶线粒体同工酶(m-AST)的临床意义。方法对40例肝细胞癌(不同病情)患者(肝细胞癌组)与40例对照组血清中MMP-9、m-AST检测结果进行比较。结果肝细胞癌组与对照组血清中MMP-9、m-AST比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝细胞癌患者血清中MMP-9、m-AST与患者有无合并腹水、肿瘤大小、肿瘤数目、病理分化程度有关,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-9、m-AST与肝细胞癌密切相关,可能是肝细胞癌的诊断和治疗的重要线索,其浓度水平对肝细胞癌的病情变化具有重要的价值。

목적:탐토간세포암환자검측기질금속단백매-9(MMP-9)、천동안산안기전이매선립체동공매(m-AST)적림상의의。방법대40례간세포암(불동병정)환자(간세포암조)여40례대조조혈청중MMP-9、m-AST검측결과진행비교。결과간세포암조여대조조혈청중MMP-9、m-AST비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);간세포암환자혈청중MMP-9、m-AST여환자유무합병복수、종류대소、종류수목、병리분화정도유관,기차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 MMP-9、m-AST여간세포암밀절상관,가능시간세포암적진단화치료적중요선색,기농도수평대간세포암적병정변화구유중요적개치。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of matrix metallo preteinases-9 (MMP-9) and mitochondrial aspartic transaminase (m-AST) detection in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Levels of serum MMP-9 and m-AST of 40 patients of hepatocellular carcinoma with different conditions (hepatocellular carcinoma group) and 40 control cases were compared.Results The differences of serum MMP-9 and m-AST between hepatocellular carcinoma group and control group had statistical significance (P<0.05). Levels of serum MMP-9 and m-AST of hepatocellular carcinoma cases were related with ascites, tumor quantity and size, differentiation grade, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion MMP-9 and m-AST have close relation with hepatocellular carcinoma, and they play important roles in diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Concentration levels of MMP-9 and m-AST have important value for change of hepatocellular carcinoma.
