目的：研究不同性别原发性高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平、高同型半胱氨酸血症(hHcy)。方法482例原发性高血压患者，测定其血浆同型半胱氨酸水平及其他健康指标，对其中男357例，女125例的血清同型半胱氨酸水平及高同型半胱氨酸血症的关系进行统计学分析。结果①原发性高血压患者男性的同型半胱氨酸水平(13.29±5.81)μmol/L显著高于女性(9.68±4.71)μmol/L(P<0.001)，调整年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压、舒张压等因素后，男性同型半胱氨酸水平显著高于女性(P<0.001)。②高同型半胱氨酸血症的发生率男性73.1%高于女性29.6%(P<0.001)，调整年龄、BMI、收缩压、舒张压等因素后，男性高同型半胱氨酸血症发生率显著高于女性(P<0.001)。结论原发性高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平、高同型半胱氨酸血症与性别存在相关性。
목적：연구불동성별원발성고혈압환자혈장동형반광안산(Hcy)수평、고동형반광안산혈증(hHcy)。방법482례원발성고혈압환자，측정기혈장동형반광안산수평급기타건강지표，대기중남357례，녀125례적혈청동형반광안산수평급고동형반광안산혈증적관계진행통계학분석。결과①원발성고혈압환자남성적동형반광안산수평(13.29±5.81)μmol/L현저고우녀성(9.68±4.71)μmol/L(P<0.001)，조정년령、체질량지수(BMI)、수축압、서장압등인소후，남성동형반광안산수평현저고우녀성(P<0.001)。②고동형반광안산혈증적발생솔남성73.1%고우녀성29.6%(P<0.001)，조정년령、BMI、수축압、서장압등인소후，남성고동형반광안산혈증발생솔현저고우녀성(P<0.001)。결론원발성고혈압환자혈장동형반광안산수평、고동형반광안산혈증여성별존재상관성。
Objective To analyze the plasma homocysteine (Hcy) level and hyperhomocysteinemia (hHcy) in primary hypertension of different gender.Methods A total of 482 cases of primary hypertension were measured for plasma Hcy level and some other health indicators. The relation between plasma Hcy level and hHcy of 357 males and 249 females were statistically analyzed.Results ①The Hcy level of male (13.29±5.81) nmol/L was significantly higher than those of female (9.68±4.71) nmol/L (P<0.001); After adjustment of age, body mass index (BMI), systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, the Hcy level of male was higher than that of female (P<0.001). ②The incidence of hHcy as 73.1% in male was higher than 29.6% in female (P<0.001). After adjustment of age, body mass index (BMI), systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, The incidence of hHcy in male was higher than that of female (P<0.001).Conclusion The plasma Hcy level and hHcy are associated with gender in primary hypertension.
