目的：探讨推拿治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病的临床疗效。方法80例肝阳上亢型高血压病患者随机分为两组，各40例。对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗，观察组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合推拿治疗。观察两组疗效。结果治疗后，观察组患者症状积分小于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组证候总有效率95.00%高于对照组70.00%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论推拿治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病疗效显著。
목적：탐토추나치료간양상항형고혈압병적림상료효。방법80례간양상항형고혈압병환자수궤분위량조，각40례。대조조급여분광산안록지평편치료，관찰조급여분광산안록지평편연합추나치료。관찰량조료효。결과치료후，관찰조환자증상적분소우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.01)。관찰조증후총유효솔95.00%고우대조조70.00%，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론추나치료간양상항형고혈압병료효현저。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of massage in the treatment of hyperactivity of liver-yang hypertension.MethodsA total of 80 cases of hyperactivity of liver-yang hypertension were randomly divided into two group, and each group contained 40 cases. The control group was given amlodipine, and the observation group was given amlodipine combined with massage therapy. Curative effects of the two groups were observed.ResultsAfter treatment, the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Syndrome total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, which was higher than that of the control group as 70%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).ConclusionMassage in the treatment of hyperactivity of liver-yang hypertension has remarkable curative effect.
