[目的]探讨临床护理路径管理在膝关节置换术后病人功能康复中的应用效果。[方法]选择2012年1月-2014年1月行膝关节置换手术病人74例，随机分为两组各37例，对照组实施骨科术后常规护理，观察组实施临床护理路径管理，比较两组病人术后不同时间膝关节功能评分、日常生活能力(ADL)及病人满意度、住院时间及住院费用。[结果]两组病人术后不同时间膝关节 H SS 评分、日常生活活动评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组病人满意度评分、住院费用、住院时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]实施临床护理路径管理可以有效地改善膝关节的活动功能，提高病人的日常生活能力及病人满意度，降低医疗费用，缩短住院时间，促进机体的康复。

Obj ective:To probe into the effect of applying clinical nursing path management in functional rehabilitation of patients after knee j oint replacement.Methods:A total of 74 cases accepted knee joint replacement from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and were divided into ob-servation group and control group randomly 37 cases each.Patients in con-trol group were given routine postoperative nursing of orthopedics depart-ment.Patients in observation group received clinical nursing path manage-ment.Then knee joint HSS score,daily living ability,patient satisfaction, hospital stay and hospitalization cost of two groups at different postopera-tive time points were compared.Results:There were statistical significant differences in terms of knee joint HSS scores and daily living ability score between the two groups at different postoperative time points(P<0.01). There were statistical significant differences in terms of patient satisfaction scores,cost of hospitalization and hospitalization time between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:To carry out clinical nursing path manage-ment can effectively improve knee joint function,improve patient’s daily living ability and satisfaction of patients,reduce medical costs,shorten hos-pitalization time,and promote their physical rehabilitation.
