癌症是严重危害人类生命健康的重大疾病。传统的化疗药物抗癌效果差、毒副作用大，并且费用昂贵，给患者和社会带来沉重的负担。采用纳米技术将化疗药物制备成纳米药物，在增加治疗效果、降低毒副作用方面有巨大的优势和潜力。近几年研究人员已将目光投向这一新兴领域，相信在不久的将来，越来越多高效、低毒的靶向纳米制剂将会被开发出来，为肿瘤患者带来新的希望。

Cancer is one of the most serious diseases threating peoples'life in our country .The traditional chemothera-peutic drugs show the poor therapeutic effect with seri-ous side effect and high expense , which is a heavy bur-den for the patients and society .The nanodrugs demon-strate the great advantages in increasing antitumor effect and decreasing side effects .In recent years , many re-searchers focus on the development of nano-drugs based on their advantages in clinical cancer therapy .It is be-lieved that more and more nanodrugs with high efficacy and low toxicity will be developed in future .
