Cancer is one of the most serious diseases threating peoples'life in our country .The traditional chemothera-peutic drugs show the poor therapeutic effect with seri-ous side effect and high expense , which is a heavy bur-den for the patients and society .The nanodrugs demon-strate the great advantages in increasing antitumor effect and decreasing side effects .In recent years , many re-searchers focus on the development of nano-drugs based on their advantages in clinical cancer therapy .It is be-lieved that more and more nanodrugs with high efficacy and low toxicity will be developed in future .
