目的:探讨采用缝合神经的掌骨背逆行筋膜蒂皮瓣修复逆行指动脉皮瓣切取后指神经裸露及软组织缺损的方法及疗效。方法应用缝合神经的掌骨背逆行筋膜蒂皮瓣修复逆行指动脉皮瓣移植后供区软组织缺损20例21指,软组织缺损面积:1.5 cm×2.0 cm~2.0 cm×3.0 cm。随访检测患指皮瓣外观、关节活动度及感觉等指标。结果术后20例皮瓣全部成活。术后经5个月随访,修复后患指指动脉皮瓣供区外形饱满,质地柔软,局部皮肤感觉及供区各关节活动范围令人满意。结论采用缝合神经的掌骨背逆行筋膜蒂皮瓣修复逆行指动脉皮瓣切取后供区指神经裸露及软组织缺损是有效而简单的方法,并可获得良好的外形及功能。
目的:探討採用縫閤神經的掌骨揹逆行觔膜蒂皮瓣脩複逆行指動脈皮瓣切取後指神經裸露及軟組織缺損的方法及療效。方法應用縫閤神經的掌骨揹逆行觔膜蒂皮瓣脩複逆行指動脈皮瓣移植後供區軟組織缺損20例21指,軟組織缺損麵積:1.5 cm×2.0 cm~2.0 cm×3.0 cm。隨訪檢測患指皮瓣外觀、關節活動度及感覺等指標。結果術後20例皮瓣全部成活。術後經5箇月隨訪,脩複後患指指動脈皮瓣供區外形飽滿,質地柔軟,跼部皮膚感覺及供區各關節活動範圍令人滿意。結論採用縫閤神經的掌骨揹逆行觔膜蒂皮瓣脩複逆行指動脈皮瓣切取後供區指神經裸露及軟組織缺損是有效而簡單的方法,併可穫得良好的外形及功能。
목적:탐토채용봉합신경적장골배역행근막체피판수복역행지동맥피판절취후지신경라로급연조직결손적방법급료효。방법응용봉합신경적장골배역행근막체피판수복역행지동맥피판이식후공구연조직결손20례21지,연조직결손면적:1.5 cm×2.0 cm~2.0 cm×3.0 cm。수방검측환지피판외관、관절활동도급감각등지표。결과술후20례피판전부성활。술후경5개월수방,수복후환지지동맥피판공구외형포만,질지유연,국부피부감각급공구각관절활동범위령인만의。결론채용봉합신경적장골배역행근막체피판수복역행지동맥피판절취후공구지신경라로급연조직결손시유효이간단적방법,병가획득량호적외형급공능。
Objective To use the dorsal metacarpal artery reverse fascial flap with nerve anastomosis to cover the donor site and the naked digital nerve after repairing fingertip defects with the reverse pedicle digital artery island flap. Methods Use the dorsal metacarpal artery reverse fascial flap with nerve anastomosis to repair the donor site and naked digital nerve after repairing fingertip defects with the reverse digital artery island flap was performed in 20 patients (21 digits), the area of soft issue defects was about 1.5 cm×2.0 cm~2.0 cm×3.0 cm in size. Postoperatively the appearance of the flap, joint movement and sensation were evaluated. Results All the flaps survived. The finger contour, range of motion and the recover of sensation were evaluated at five months postoperative follow-up, were satisfactory. Conclusion The method of using the dorsal metacarpal artery reverse fascial flap with nerve anastomosis to repair the donor site after repairing fingertip defects with the reverse digital artery island flap is simple and efficient, which can achieve good cosmetic and functional results.
