顶岗实习是全面培养学生职业能力的重要教学过程。依托学院理事会平台，以制度为保障在校企深度合作和一体化办学的基础上，进行机械工程系学生顶岗实习的管理实践，提出了顶岗实习课程化，校企共同进行过程管理的模式，提高了管理的效率，保证了顶岗实习质量。

Internship is an important teaching process to cultivate students' professional ability. Relying on the school board platform, based on deep cooperation between schools and enterprises and the integration schooling, the internship management is practiced in students from department of mechanical engineering students. It proposes the internship course and the process management mode which is jointly committed by school and enterprise.This mode improves the management efficiency and guarantees the quality of internship.
