采用系列弹道实验,研究了双层钢/铝爆炸复合靶在不同形状破片侵彻作用下的毁伤机理和抗侵彻性能。实验采用14.5 mm滑膛枪发射直径6 mm的钢质球形破片和边长4.2 mm的钢质立方体破片。基于实验结果,分析了不同形状破片侵彻下靶板的毁伤机理和破坏模式,讨论了破片形状、动能及靶板厚度分布等因素对复合靶抗侵彻性能的影响。结果表明:在球形破片和立方体破片的侵彻作用下,钢面板发生剪切冲塞破坏,铝背板发生延性扩孔破坏;复合靶板抗立方体破片侵彻性能优于抗球形破片侵彻性能;在球形破片的侵彻作用下,当靶板厚度一定时,复合靶板的抗侵彻性能随钢面板与铝背板厚度比的增大而提高,对于立方体破片则相反。
採用繫列彈道實驗,研究瞭雙層鋼/鋁爆炸複閤靶在不同形狀破片侵徹作用下的燬傷機理和抗侵徹性能。實驗採用14.5 mm滑膛鎗髮射直徑6 mm的鋼質毬形破片和邊長4.2 mm的鋼質立方體破片。基于實驗結果,分析瞭不同形狀破片侵徹下靶闆的燬傷機理和破壞模式,討論瞭破片形狀、動能及靶闆厚度分佈等因素對複閤靶抗侵徹性能的影響。結果錶明:在毬形破片和立方體破片的侵徹作用下,鋼麵闆髮生剪切遲塞破壞,鋁揹闆髮生延性擴孔破壞;複閤靶闆抗立方體破片侵徹性能優于抗毬形破片侵徹性能;在毬形破片的侵徹作用下,噹靶闆厚度一定時,複閤靶闆的抗侵徹性能隨鋼麵闆與鋁揹闆厚度比的增大而提高,對于立方體破片則相反。

Ballistic experiment was adopted to analyze the damage mechanism and anti-penetration performance of two-layered explosively welded steel/aluminum plates impacted by spherical and cubical fragments.The 14.5mm slip chamber gun was used to launch the spherical steel fragment with 6mm diameter and cubical steel fragment with 4.2mm side length in the experiment.The in-fluences of fragment shape,kinetic energy and layer thickness distribution on the anti-penetration performance were investigated.The results show that under the penetration of spherical and cubical fragments,the damage mechanism of steel front plate is shearing and plugging,and that of aluminum rear plate is prolonging deformation,respectively.The anti-penetration performance of target penetrated by cubical fragment is better than that of spherical fragment.The anti-penetration performance of target penetrated by spherical fragment improves with the increase of the thickness ratio of steel front plate to aluminum rear plate under the constant thickness of target,however,the opposite condition for cubical fragment.
