为了获得刻槽参数对破片形成的影响规律,利用 AUTODYN-3D软件对50SiMnVB钢战斗部的破片形成进行了三维数值模拟,对比分析了不同刻槽参数对壳体断裂的影响,并对壳体断裂模型进行简化,推导了外刻槽壳体断裂迹线及其断裂概率,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:外刻槽技术对于50 SiMnVB钢战斗部是可行的,断裂是从刻槽根部开始,断裂方式为剪切断裂;随着刻槽深度增加、刻槽间隔增大,主破片形成率和质量占有率增大,破片控制效率提高。得出了沿断裂迹线断裂的概率,为刻槽参数的选择提供了一种可行依据。

To obtain the effect of groove parameters on the formation of fragments,AUTODYN-3D was used to simulate the fragmenting of 50SiMnVB steel warhead.The effect of different groove-parameters on casing-fracture was compared and analyzed,and the model of the casing fracture was simplified.Fracture trace and fracture probability of external grooved casing were de-duced,and proving experiment was carried out.Results show that external grooved technology is available for 50SiMnVB steel warhead,and the fracture begins from the groove root,and fracture mode is shear fracture.The deeper the groove depth and the wider the groove spacing,the higher the main fragment formation rate and mass ratio.The control efficiency of fragment increases. The probability of fracture followed fracture trace was obtained,and then a feasible method to choose groove parameters was given.
