为准确测量无翼/舵布局导弹由于安装电缆罩等凸起物所产生的小载荷滚转力矩,并给布局选型和姿态控制提供依据,提出了一种应用于风洞试验的高精度滚转力矩测量技术,利用机械轴承支撑试验模型,承受除滚转力矩外的其它载荷,专门设计了“米”字梁结构的高精度单分量天平测量滚转力矩,并利用自动滚转尾支撑机构获得模型不同滚转角下的滚转力矩。风洞试验结果表明,该技术与常规天平测量技术相比,滚转力矩测量精度大大提高,具有较高的实用性和经济性。

In order to precisely measure the small rolling moment caused by prominence installed on the missile without wing/rudder for configuration selecting and attitude control design,a high-precision measurement technique of small rolling moment used in wind tunnel test was proposed, and it contains a ball bearing used for supporting the test model and bearing load,and an internal balance with single component used for measuring the small rolling moment was designed,and a series of test results were obtained under different roll angles by automatic roll support system. The wind-tunnel-test result shows that the technique performs higher precision than traditional six-components balance,and it is practicable and economical.
