针对陶瓷插芯微小内孔同轴度检测问题,提出一种基于CCD与图形处理技术的检测微小内孔方法.根据类拐点法提取算法求出内孔边缘轮廓,利用最小二乘法拟合圆曲线求出内孔圆心轨迹,再利用代数恢复法对误差进行优化计算.通过CCD摄取小孔图像,并应用显微镜将小孔放大,在显示屏上划分0.01 m m精度的刻度标尺,通过按压工件带动工件旋转,使内孔边缘的跳动量直接显示在刻度线上.

Aiming at the ceramic core insert tiny hole co-axiality detection problem , this paper proposes a method based on CCD and graphics processing technology of micro hole detection .According to the class of inflection point ex-traction algorithm ,find out the inner hole edge ,then calcu-late the center hole trajectory by using least squares fitting curve ,and by using algebra recovery method to optimize the calculation error .Take micropore image with CCD ,and am-plify the micropore with microscope and mark off the scale at the accuracy of 0 .01mm on the display screen ,and drives the rotation of the workpiece by pressing the workpiece , the runout of the edge of the inner hole is directly displayed on the scale line .
