根据大型低温液体贮槽内槽底板的部件组成及焊缝分布特点,分析了焊接底板时所产生的应力和变形状态,制定了一套有效合理的焊接工艺措施,以减少焊缝的收缩量,充分利用焊接底板时所产生的内应力,可有效地控制内槽底板的焊接变形。
根據大型低溫液體貯槽內槽底闆的部件組成及銲縫分佈特點,分析瞭銲接底闆時所產生的應力和變形狀態,製定瞭一套有效閤理的銲接工藝措施,以減少銲縫的收縮量,充分利用銲接底闆時所產生的內應力,可有效地控製內槽底闆的銲接變形。

Basing on the actual collocation feature of both plates and welds located on inner-tank baseplate in large-scale cryogenic liquid tank, the stress & deformation resulting from the welding of baseplate is pointed out briefly. One reasonable welding procedure is shown for reducing the joint-shrinkage effectively, and the deformation is in good control too by utilizing the weld-stress while welding the baseplates.
