电子信息机房的温、湿度对机房内电子设备的安全运行具有重要影响。而现有电子信息机房特别是铁路电子信息机房因无法自动补水而导致机房湿度偏低,为了保证机房内的温、湿度要求,采用实验方法,研究采用回收电子信息机房专用空调机组冷凝水对机房进行加湿的方式,通过实验测量室内温、湿度变化、自循环加湿补水(排水)量、电热加湿罐内水质变化、机组能耗等,证明了采用回收机组冷凝水进行自循环加湿的可行性。最后设计了带冷凝水自循环湿度调节装置的机房专用空调机组,机组采用电热加湿的方式。自循环加湿实验表明:该机组运行温、湿度控制稳定,能够满足机房对温、湿度的要求。

The temperature and humidity of the electronic room have important influence on the safe operation of the electronic equipment in it. While it is true that water cannot be supplied automatically in the existing electronic room especially the railway electronic room and this leads to low humidity in these room. In order to obtain the temperature and humidity requirement in this kind of room, the experimental method is adopted in this paper to recover the condensed water from air conditioning units to humidify the electronic room. Through the experimental measurement, the change of indoor air temperature and humidity, the rate of water make-up (drainage), the change of water quality in electrothermal humidifying cans and the energy consumption of air conditioning units were obtained. The test results proved that self-circulation humidification is realizable by means of recycling condensed water. Finally, the special air conditioning units with self-circulation humidity adjusting device by means of recycling condensed water for electronic room is designed. The electrothermal humidifying mode is employed. The self-circulation humidification experiment shows the temperature and humidity in the room can be steadily controlled, which can satisfy the standard requirements for the electronic room.
