企业文化成为维系企业竞争力的核心因素已经成为共识，以服务社会和企业为宗旨的高职院校，在加快培养质量内涵建设的发展中，往往局限于对企业文化的浅层次解读和学习，不能充分认识与高职院校具有很强融合性的企业文化在培养高职学生人文素养与职业核心能力方面的重要作用，只满足于对企业规章制度的解释与记诵。因此高职院校要以企业文化为载体，更好地理解企业文化的核心价值。

As is known to all,corporate culture has become the core factor for the competitive forces of enterprises.Technical colleges,with the goal of serving society and enterprises,usually confine themselves to the surface understanding and learning of corporate culture and are merely content with reciting the rules and regulations of enterprises without thinking.As a result,they do not pay enough attention to the important effect of enterprise culture in the education of humanities and core vocational abilities in technical colleges.So,taking the corporate culture as a carrier,it is the responsibility of technical colleges to take in the core value of corporate culture.
