目的:研究缺血后处理对鼠骨骼肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护影响,组织中凋亡和胀亡的存在情况。方法将54只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、缺血再灌注组、缺血后处理组,持续缺血4 h,再灌注6 h,24 h,48 h。检测血浆乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)活性、肌肉内丙二醛(MDA)含量及总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,进行组织学、免疫组化、超微结构分析。结果相比缺血再灌注组,后处理组在再灌注6 h时,只SOD活性明显升高,而再灌注24 h,48 h时,在MDA含量下降、SOD活性升高、W/D值下降、组织学改变范围及免疫组化阳性范围方面,均较缺血再灌注组有明显差异。结论再灌注开始时应用后处理对于缺血再灌注损伤有明显的保护作用,主要体现在再灌注的稍后期阶段(再灌注24 h,48 h)。缺血再灌注过程中,凋亡和胀亡是并存的。

목적:연구결혈후처리대서골격기결혈재관주손상적보호영향,조직중조망화창망적존재정황。방법장54지SD대서수궤분위공백대조조、결혈재관주조、결혈후처리조,지속결혈4 h,재관주6 h,24 h,48 h。검측혈장유산탈경매(LDH)、기산린산격매(CPK)활성、기육내병이철(MDA)함량급총초양화물기화매(SOD)활성,진행조직학、면역조화、초미결구분석。결과상비결혈재관주조,후처리조재재관주6 h시,지SOD활성명현승고,이재관주24 h,48 h시,재MDA함량하강、SOD활성승고、W/D치하강、조직학개변범위급면역조화양성범위방면,균교결혈재관주조유명현차이。결론재관주개시시응용후처리대우결혈재관주손상유명현적보호작용,주요체현재재관주적초후기계단(재관주24 h,48 h)。결혈재관주과정중,조망화창망시병존적。
Objective To study the protection effect of post-conditioning, and the existence of apoptosis and oncosis in ischemia reperfusion injury of skeletal muscle. Methods 54 adult SD rats were divided into control groups. Ischemia reperfusion groups and post-conditioning groups, underwent 4h of ischemia and different phases of reperfusion. The LDH, CPK, SOD activity, MDA content were detected. The changes of histology, immunohistology, and ultramicrostructure were observed. Results Compared with ischemia reperfusion groups, post-conditioning groups showed obvious differences in MDA content, SOD activity, W/D, histological and immunohistological changes. Conclusion Post-conditioning had protect effects on ischemia reperfusion of skeletal muscle. Apoptosis and oncosis were coexist during ischemia reperfusion injury.
