目的：探讨周围神经鞘瘤显微手术治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析54例经显微手术切除神经鞘瘤的疗效。结果本组54例均取得良好效果。经过1～2年的随访，5例恶性神经鞘瘤无复发；良性神经鞘瘤，1例术后出现皮肤感觉麻木，3例出现运动功能障碍，6个月后基本恢复。结论周围神经鞘瘤经显微手术治疗可最大限度地降低神经的损伤，可最大程度地完整切除肿瘤，对于恶性神经鞘瘤，扩大切除可降低复发。
목적：탐토주위신경초류현미수술치료적효과。방법회고성분석54례경현미수술절제신경초류적료효。결과본조54례균취득량호효과。경과1～2년적수방，5례악성신경초류무복발；량성신경초류，1례술후출현피부감각마목，3례출현운동공능장애，6개월후기본회복。결론주위신경초류경현미수술치료가최대한도지강저신경적손상，가최대정도지완정절제종류，대우악성신경초류，확대절제가강저복발。
Objective To discuss the effct of peripheral neurilemmoma by microsurgical operation treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis the effect on 54 cases neurilemmoma by microsurgical operation treatment. Results The group of 54 patients had achieved good results. By 1 to 2 years follow-up observation, 5 cases with malignant schwannoma did not recur. In benign schwannoma, 1 cases occurred skin numbness, 3 cases occurred motor dysfunction. All of them recovered after 6 months. Conclusion It can greatest degree reduce the damage to the nerve and resection of tumor by microsurgical operation treatment. Extended resection for malignant schwannoma can reduce the recurrence.
