诸多中国古文献和日本、琉球王国的古文献乃至近代西方传教的著作和欧美国家的相关文献都足以证明，钓鱼岛及其附属岛屿自明代以来就已成为我国固有领土。中日产生岛屿纷争纯系日本明治维新以后对外扩张的结果。对属于中国的领土---钓鱼岛及其附属岛屿，不管今天的日本将其视为“私有”抑或定为“国有”，都是无效甚至是可笑的，改变不了钓鱼岛及其附属岛屿自明代以来已是中国固有领土的基本事实。对于部分日本政客妄图借此从程序上强化对钓鱼岛及其附属岛屿的主权控制，摒弃中日两国对钓鱼岛问题达成的共识和默契，则是中方绝不能接受的。

In ancient literature and even the writings of many modern western missionary classical Chinese lit -eratures and the Ryukyu Kingdom , Okinawa and related literature United States and Europe are enough to prove that the Diaoyu Islands had become China's inherent territory since the Ming Dynasty .Sino-Japanese islands dis-pute is purely the result produced after the Meiji Restoration , Japan's foreign expansion .On the part of China's ter-ritory:the Diaoyu islands , today regardless of Japan being regarded as "private"or as a"state-owned"are inef-fective or even ridiculous , can not change the basic fact the Diaoyu Islands and its affiliated islands have been Chi-na's inherent territory since the Ming Dynasty .Some Japanese politicians attempt to take to strengthen the sovereign-ty of the Diaoyu Islands and its affiliated islands from the control program , abandon reaching consensus and under-standing between China and Japan on the Diaoyu Islands issue , which is absolutely unacceptable to the Chinese side.
