当前藏区基础教育课程开发存在诸多不足。用多元文化理念开发课程资源是课程优化的最佳途径,也是创建藏区教育特色的有力手段。因此,一类模式的课程要融入主体民族的优秀文化和世界优秀文化,且所有学科教学均实行双语化;二三类模式的课程与藏族优秀的传统文化相整合,进而培养既能适应现代社会,又具有归属感的人才。
噹前藏區基礎教育課程開髮存在諸多不足。用多元文化理唸開髮課程資源是課程優化的最佳途徑,也是創建藏區教育特色的有力手段。因此,一類模式的課程要融入主體民族的優秀文化和世界優秀文化,且所有學科教學均實行雙語化;二三類模式的課程與藏族優秀的傳統文化相整閤,進而培養既能適應現代社會,又具有歸屬感的人纔。
당전장구기출교육과정개발존재제다불족。용다원문화이념개발과정자원시과정우화적최가도경,야시창건장구교육특색적유력수단。인차,일류모식적과정요융입주체민족적우수문화화세계우수문화,차소유학과교학균실행쌍어화;이삼류모식적과정여장족우수적전통문화상정합,진이배양기능괄응현대사회,우구유귀속감적인재。
There are many deficiencies in the current basic education curriculum development in Tibetan areas.Multicultural curriculum resources development concept is the best way to optimize the curricu-lum,and can create a powerful means of Tibetan characteristics of education.Thus,for the first class model of curriculum,it is necessary to strengthen the nation’s outstanding cultural body and the world’s outstanding culture and bilingualism in all disciplines;for the second and third models of courses we need to integrate these courses with the excellent traditional Tibetan culture so as to culti-vate talents adaptable to modern society with a sens of belonging.
