College teachers as a career are characterized by the unique feature of professionalism.In the current development of education,lack of professional practice for the education status of university teachers need to have a correct understanding of professionalization,and specialization will help im-prove teachers’teaching level,and enhance the professionalism and teachers’professional pride.Pro-fessionalization of university teachers can be achieved through self-development,practical experience and professional dialogue and reflection so as to effectively improve the professionalism of teachers.
