教师是教育的根本,师德是教师的灵魂。国际组织和世界各国及地区都十分重视师德规范建设。通过对师德的内涵、要素、师德规范文本的制定形式、关注的重点内容以及呈现的主要特点等,进行深入的比较分析,提出我国的师德规范建设应正确处理好法律与道德、理想与现实、他律与自律等之间的关系,并重视专业自治组织在教师自我管理中的特殊作用的观点。

The role of teachers is the foundation of educational development,and the teachers’ethics is the soul of teachers.Therefore,international organizations and various countries and regions in the world have paid their best attention to the construction of teachers’professional ethics codes.Through in-depth comparative analysis of the connotation and elements of the teachers’ethics,and the form of text generated,the key content,the main features of teachers’professional ethic codes,it gives us recommendation that the construction of current teachers’ professional ethic codes in China should correctly coordinate the relationship between the law and ethic,the ideal and reality,the heteronomy and self-discipline,and attach great importance to the professional autonomy organization in the spe-cial effect of teachers’self-management.
