为研究确定热处理工艺对蓄电池用铅合金带腐蚀性能的影响,通过测定不同热处理参数条件下 Pb-Ca-Sn-A1合金于硫酸环境不同时间段里腐蚀重量的变化,并与未进行热处理试样的对比分析,结果表明:通过轧制和热处理工艺的有机结合,P b-C a-S n-A1合金带可以获得更为理想的抗腐蚀能力。

The inlfuence of heat-treatment process on the corrosion performance of lead alloy strip used as battery grid manufacture was researched in this paper. The weight changes of Pb-Ca-Sn-Al alloy specimen in sulfuric acid with the corrosion time were measured, and a comparison and analysis with non-heat-treatment specimen was made in the meantime. The results showed that it is possible to obtain better corrosion resistance through a combination of rolling and heat-treatment parameters.
