本文针对铅酸蓄电池的结构以及制造工艺,较为详细地描述了 BOM(物料清单)的构建方式。根据生产实际以及数据管理两方面的特点提出标准电池层,并且把建立该层次的各种物料详细加以分析,探讨了每一种物料的共性与特点,力求真正做到结合生产实际。

This paper discusses in detail how to design BOM for lead acid battery based on its structure and manufacture technology. The standard battery layer is recommended in the light of production process and data management, and various kinds of material needed to build the layer are analyzed for their application in general and special for the battery manufacturing. The expectation is cherished by the authors that this work will arouse interests from other battery manufactures and an industry standard of data application for lead-acid battery may be established with the effort of all colleagues related.
