本文通过对某再生铅厂反射炉熔炼过程进行分析测试,初步寻找出了反射炉熔炼过程中铅、砷、锑、镉等重金属的排放规律;并通过控制不同工况或反应条件,对影响铅等重金属排放的因素进行了系统探讨,摸索出了影响排放的优先顺序,为今后如何有效控制重金属减排提供了基础依据。
本文通過對某再生鉛廠反射爐鎔煉過程進行分析測試,初步尋找齣瞭反射爐鎔煉過程中鉛、砷、銻、鎘等重金屬的排放規律;併通過控製不同工況或反應條件,對影響鉛等重金屬排放的因素進行瞭繫統探討,摸索齣瞭影響排放的優先順序,為今後如何有效控製重金屬減排提供瞭基礎依據。

Based on the results from analysis and testing of the smelting process in reverberatory furnace in a certain reclaimed lead smeltery, an mission rule has been found for heavy metals such as lead, antimony, cadmium, arsenic, and etc., and further explorations have also been made on the effect of control of different operating modes or reaction conditions on the emission factors and the emission sequence of the heavy metals, thus providing some basics to effectively control the emission of heavy metals for the future.
