Glutaraldehyde%Rat%Teratogenicity Testing
[目的]在完成戊二醛急性毒性、遗传毒性和亚慢性毒性试验的基础上,开展大鼠致畸试验,以研究戊二醛职业接触对育龄妇女妊娠的潜在影响。[方法]参考GB 15193.14-2003进行高、中、低3个剂量大鼠致畸实验。[结果]未发现戊二醛对大鼠有致畸毒性和母体毒性;而与阴性对照组比较,高剂量组的子宫重、黄体数、着床数活胎和胎仔总数均见显著性减少(P<0.05),且在低、中、高3个剂量组中存在剂量-效应关系。[结论]各剂量组未见有致畸性;在高剂量组水平可能有胚胎毒性。

[목적]재완성무이철급성독성、유전독성화아만성독성시험적기출상,개전대서치기시험,이연구무이철직업접촉대육령부녀임신적잠재영향。[방법]삼고GB 15193.14-2003진행고、중、저3개제량대서치기실험。[결과]미발현무이철대대서유치기독성화모체독성;이여음성대조조비교,고제량조적자궁중、황체수、착상수활태화태자총수균견현저성감소(P<0.05),차재저、중、고3개제량조중존재제량-효응관계。[결론]각제량조미견유치기성;재고제량조수평가능유배태독성。
After the study of acute toxicity, genetic toxicity and subchronic toxicity testing of glutaraldehyde, the teratogenicity testing of potential impact of glutaraldehyde on occupation contact women of childbearing age. 3 doses teratogenicity testing was completed in SD rats according to the GB 15193.14-2003. The glutaraldehyde teratogenic toxicity and maternal toxicity were not observed in rats, but compared with the negative control group, significant decreases were seen in high dose group, in the number of corpus luteum, uterus weight, number of implantation of live birth and fetal number(P<0.05). And there was a dose-effect relationship for low, middle, high dose groups respectively. The high dose group of glutaraldehyde was found of embryonic toxicity in SD rat.
