建立了可同时测定水嘴中15种有害元素析出量的电感耦合等离子质谱法。使用动态反应技术和碰撞技术消除一些离子干扰,15种元素的仪器检出限为0.001μg/L-0.05μg/L,定量限为0.1μg/L-1.0μg/L,6次重复性相对标准偏差为1.3%-7.3%。方法快速、准确、检出限低,能够满足即将实施的水嘴国家标准《陶瓷片密封水嘴》(报批稿)对水嘴15种有害元素析出量的检测要求。

15 harmful metal ions stripped from stopcock were determined by ICP-MS. Dynamic collision reaction and kinetic energy discrimination were used to overcome disturbance of unwanted ions. Detection limits of the 15 elements were in the ranges of 0.001μg/L-0.2μg/L. Values of RSD’s were found in the range of 1.3%-7.3%. The method is rapid, accurate and of a low detection limit. It is suitable for the metal ions determinations of national standard ceramic cartridge faucets.
