为了克服传统测量方法因热辐射和空气对流热损失带来的误差,提出了一种改进的铝基覆铜板导热系数测试方法。在此方法中,单位时间内流过铝基覆铜板的热流量可以通过测量传热板上、下表面的温差间接得到;同时采用ANSYS有限元软件对传热板的材质和尺寸进行了优化。结果表明,此改进的导热系数测试方法能够有效地提高测试精度,耗时短。

To overcome the error caused by heat loss from thermal radiation and air convection in tradi-tional measurement methods, an improved thermal conductivity test method of aluminum-based copper clad laminate was proposed. In this method, the heat flow which flow through aluminum based copper clad laminate in the unit time can be obtained indirectly by measuring the temperature difference of up-per and lower surface of heat transfer plate, and the material and size of heat transfer plate were opti-mized using ANSYS finite element software. The results show that the improved thermal conductivity test method can effectively improve the test accuracy and shorten the testing time.
