GIS在制造和装配过程中难免会留下一些潜伏缺陷,导致在运行中引起GIS内部局部放电。研制了一种超高频宽带振子天线--套筒天线传感器,并对其性能进行了仿真计算,结果表明可以用作局部放电检测的超高频传感器。为研究三相共箱式GIS中存在缺陷引起的局部放电超高频信号的特征,建立了6种典型缺陷模型来模拟局部放电故障,采用自建的局放检测系统测量得到了各种缺陷下GIS局部放电的宽频带特征,为三相共箱式GIS局部放电缺陷的监测和诊断奠定了良好的基础。

Some latent defects may be left during the manufacture and assemble process of GIS, which would lead to partial discharge in GIS at operation. A sleeve antenna sensor with ultra broad frequency band was prepared, and its characteristics were simulated and calculated, and the results show that it can be used as UHF sensor to monitor the partial discharge of GIS. In order to study the UHF signal charac-teristics of partial discharge caused by the defects in three-phase-in-one-tank type GIS, six typical defect models were built to simulate the partial discharge fault. The high band frequency characteristics of par-tial discharge under different GIS defects was measured by self-made partial discharge detecting system, which lay a good foundation to monitor and diagnose the partial discharge defects of three-phase-in-one-tank type GIS.
